According to KOCKS, the unit is the third KOCKS reducing and sizing block to be installed by Huaigang Special Steel and is the largest KOCKS block in Huaigang's existing bar mill line. The project expanded the mill’s capacity to make special steel for various industries, KOCKS said. 
 
“The advanced KOCKS 3-roll technology of the RSB® will greatly benefit Huaigang Special Steel's production capabilities and improve the overall efficiency of its operations,” it said. 
 
In addition to the primary equipment, KOCKS also outfitted a roll shop and provided proprietary software solutions.
