SANGRAF International Adds Legal Counsel to Team
08/05/2013 - SANGRAF International, a manufacturer of premium graphite electrodes to the EAF steel industry, has announced the appointment of Dan Ilkay as general counsel.
In this role Mr. Ilkay will advise SANGRAF on corporate legal matters including contract negotiations, business development and trade matters.
Dan Ilkay said, “I look forward to contributing to SANGRAF’s continued success in providing customers the highest quality graphite electrodes and service in the industry.”
Dan has more than 20 years of experience in advising corporate and public agencies on program management, project oversight, and business strategy. Prior to joining SANGRAF, Mr. Ilkay was in private practice where he assisted clients on intellectual property, business formation and regulatory compliance matters.
SANGRAF International is growing with an experienced team and innovative solutions to meet the premium electrode needs of the global EAF steel industry. The team of experienced industry professionals is headed by steel industry veteran Jamie Hansen.
