Sandvik Materials Technology announced the appointment of Christian Hörnkvist as Global Manager Environment, Health and Safety.
The company said the appointment supports its ongoing commitment to keep environmental, health and safety issues at the core of its total operations.
One of Hörnkvist's key tasks in his new position is to extend and manage global occupational health and safety programs for the business area.
Previously, Hörnkvist was responsible for the implementation of management systems for Environment, Health and Safety in Europe for the company’s Sandvik Mining and Construction business area.
