Sandvik Machining Solutions President Steps Down
01/30/2017 - Jonas Gustavsson, president of the metal-cutting tooling division at Sweden’s Sandvik, is resigning to take a position elsewhere, the company has announced.
In a statement, the company said Gustavsson is leaving to become the president and chief executive of AF, an engineering and consulting company. He is to leave Sandvik, a steel producer and machinery supplier, by the end of July.
“I’m grateful for Jonas Gustavssons’ excellent contributions during his time in Sandvik. He has led both the Sandvik Materials Technology and the Sandvik Machining Solutions business areas and played an important role in improving and defending their performance,” said Sandvik president and chief executive Björn Rosengren.
