Rising New Energy Contracts Tenova Core for Carbon Baking Furnaces

Tenova Core has been contracted by Rising New Energy, for the design and supply of three car bottom type carbon baking furnaces for installation at the Rising New Energy plant located in the Xingwangiao Industrial Area, Inner Mongolia, China.
The furnaces will be used to process fine grain carbon and will feature pulse firing technology and advanced process control to ensure consistent heating of the material. Tenova Core will also design and supply the central incineration system for the furnaces for reduced emissions. Start-up is scheduled for 2014.
Since 2005, Tenova Core has supplied over forty car bottom carbon baking furnaces for graphite electrode or fine grain carbon applications.
