In a statement, the company said Craig Powell will take the reins as regional president for North America.

“Our customers are looking for closer, faster, and more efficient service,” Powell said. “The regionalization will allow us to bring them the best service level available. We are committed to leaning into the value of our experts for maximum effectiveness, while continuing to have access to global resources when needed.”

The company said the goal is to integrate its five North American operating plants into a future-oriented team that will place a special focus on safety, efficiency, automation, and digitalization.
