RHI Acquires Additional 26% in Orient Refractories Through Public Offer
05/02/2013 - RHI has acquired another 26% of shares of Orient Refractories Ltd.
Following the acquisition of 43.6% of the share capital of Orient Refractories Ltd. (ORL), India, from the core shareholders in early March, RHI has completed the mandatory open offer for an additional 26% of the ORL shares. As of 29 April, RHI thus holds 69.6% of the voting rights in ORL. The transaction price to acquire the 69.6% stake totaled roughly € 50 million.
