Report: Tata Steel Plans to Cut 2,500 Jobs in Europe
10/23/2019 - Tata Steel Europe reportedly will eliminate 2,500 jobs in an effort to reduce costs in its European operations, India’s Business Standard newspaper reports.
Citing a report from a Dutch media outlet, the newspaper said the cuts would affect plants throughout Tata Steel’s European operations, which include facilities in the Netherlands, France, England and Belgium.
