Report: EU Readying Draft of Carbon Border Tax
06/03/2021 - The European Union is drafting a plan to impose a carbon border tax on steel and other goods and is set to unveil the plan next month, reports the Reuters news service.
Reuters, citing an earlier report from Bloomberg, said the tax would be phased in starting in 2023.
