Report: Big River, Liberty Steel Eye Electrical Steel Plant
12/12/2019 - Tata Steel Europe will mothball rather than permanently close its electrical steel plant in Wales while two potential buyers, one of which is said to be Big River Steel, kick the tires on the facility, according to the South Wales Argus newspaper.
According to the newspaper, Liberty Steel has expressed interest in the facility, as has Big River Steel, which is said to be interested in partnering with someone.
