Report: ArcelorMittal, SAIL Nearing Agreement on JV Cold Mill
11/21/2017 - The Steel Authority of India Ltd. and ArcelorMittal are preparing to sign a memorandum of understanding to establish a cold rolling mill capable of producing 1.5 million tons annually, according to the Press Trust of India news agency.
