According to the Baltimore Sun, a subsidiary of Italian renewable energy firm Renexia SpA has announced plans to establish a company that would build the towers anchoring offshore wind turbines to the ocean floor.
Called Sparrows Point Steel, the manufacturer would be located on land that once was the sprawling Bethlehem Steel shipyard.
