Red Bud Ships Processing Line to Service Center
07/21/2017 - Red Bud Industries recently shipped one of its precision blanking lines to Atlanta, Ga.-based Conklin Metal Industries, a steel service center and distributor of HVAC and duct fabrication supplies.
In a statement, Red Bud said the line is capable of cutting and blanking material up to 2 mm in thickness and 1,550 mm in width. It will accept coils of up to 25 tons.
The line, which has beading and coil breakdown capabilities, includes the coil staging and loading system, an uncoiler, a roller leveler, a pop-up flatness table, a shear, a drop stacker, and end discharge rollouts, among other things.
