Red Bud Receives Slitting Line Order
05/14/2021 - Sheet processing equipment manufacturer Red Bud Industries has sold a slitting line to metal roofing producer NB Handy Co.
In a statement, Red Bud said the new light-gauge line can process 1.5 mm by 1,524 mm sheet and accept master coils of up to 25,000 pounds.
Red Bud said the line consists of an entry coil car, traversing uncoiler, support table with pinch rolls, slide and lock slitting head, ball scrap winders, thread system, recoiler and exit coil lift.
