According to a press release, the slitter can process cold-rolled, aluminum, pre-paint and galvanized materials. The thickness can range between 0.22 mm and 0.56 mm with line speeds of up to 1,000 FPM. It also features quick-change tooling and scrap management. A tooling turnstile allows for off-line set-up of the slitter head and can be exchanged with the previously used set-up.

Some other features of the line include an upending entry coil car, uncoiler, peeler breaker, packed arbor slitting head, tooling turnstile, scrap winder with dual carts, thread system, roll tensioner, quick-change divider tooling bars, entry and exit parting shears, recoiler, exit coil lift and turnstile.
