Rautaruukki and ESAB have finalized the negotiations, announced in March, for the transfer of welding wire production in Dalsbruk to ESAB.

The welding wire production consists of around 30 employees from a total 300 in the rolling and drawing activities in Dalsbruk. Welding wire is manufactured using wire rod from the rolling mill in Dalsbruk. ESAB will continue the production of welding wire at the current premises in Dalsbruk.
