Qatar Steel Supports Rehabilitation of Special-Needs People
05/05/2011 - Qatar Steel has presented a check supporting the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of People with Special Needs, which will be allocated to a ceremony recognizing male and female students with special needs who show academic excellence.
Qatar Steel has presented a check supporting the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of People with Special Needs.
Saeed Mohammed Alroomi, Qatar Steel Public Relations Manager, said: “This support demonstrates Qatar Steel’s social and charitable role and its commitment to support the community’s charity organizations and societies as part of its corporate social responsibility towards the people of Qatar by supporting the project of recognizing young male and female students with special needs who show academic excellence in public schools.”
Amir Al Mulla, Executive Director of the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of People with Special Needs, said: “This support will be fully allocated to the annual ceremony to be held in mid June 2011 in recognition of male and female students with special needs who show academic excellence”. He added that “The Society, including its four branches, along with the academic and rehabilitation services it provides, is a key partner to what our children with special needs look forward to.”
