PSI Technics Selected to Make Presentation at AIST’s 22nd Annual Crane Symposium
04/28/2015 - PSI Technics, a leader in intelligent positioning control for bridge cranes, stacker cranes, and other rail-guided vehicles, will present "Motion Analysis for Determining and Improving Behavior of Automated and Manually Operated Cranes" during AIST’s 22nd annual Crane Symposium.
During the presentation, attendees will learn how undesirable crane behavior, which leads to increased system wear, higher maintenance costs and longer downtimes, can easily be identified and eliminated. PSI Technics will show 3D videos using real crane data to compare manual and conventional automated crane control with intelligent, closed-loop control to show the effect of each approach on common positioning disturbances such as bridge skew, oscillations, repositioning, creeping, and more.
