Primetals Technologies was awarded the contract for the two slab casters in 2017, which started up in 2021.
 
The three-year maintenance service contract is intended to increase equipment lifetime and improve product quality.

We are confident that the productivity of the plant and the quality of the steel produced at the Dolvi steel plant will set new industry benchmarks,” said Amit Sakar, JSW Dolvi vice president.
