POSCO Unveils Revenue, Capacity Growth Target
07/13/2023 - POSCO will move to increase its global capacity to 52 million metric tons and plans to add non-oriented electrical steel capacity in Korea and North America, The Korea Times reports.
According to the newspaper, the company announced the plan Thursday, saying it aims to be among the world’s top 5 steel producers by capacity. POSCO was the world's seventh largest producer in 2022, according to World Steel Association data.
