Posco E&C Leads Industry in Customer Satisfaction

Posco Engineering & Construction ranked high in customer satisfaction in a recent survey by the country’s Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs.

With this, the builder will be allowed to increase its standard type construction prices (for the ground and upper floors) by 2% when the ministry announces this year’s official prices for new apartments.

The company also expects that winning the ministry’s recognition two years in a row will help to enhance its overall corporate image among customers.

Launched in 2008 to encourage builders to put effort into upgrading production quality, the customer satisfaction survey includes questions for customers related to the interior and exterior of the apartments, as well as safety facilities and after-sales services of each company.
