O’Neal Industries Acquires Tubing Manufacturer
09/11/2019 - Service center operator and components maker O’Neal Industries Inc., has acquired the assets of a specialty tube maker for an undisclosed amount.
In a statement, O’Neal said the acquisition of Cookeville, Tenn., USA-based G&L Manufacturing will bring G&L’s line of stainless, nickel and titanium small-diameter, thin-wall tubing into O’Neal’s portfolio.
G&L has been in business for 37 years and has a second facility in Denver, Colo.
“This acquisition of G&L further expands our growth in higher valued products and processing and will be an excellent addition to the O’Neal family of companies,” said Craft O’Neal, O’Neal Industries’ chairman and chief executive.
