Outotec Appoints New Executive Board Member

Outotec has appointed Ms. Kirsi Nuotto, M.A., as new Senior Vice President - Human Capital and member of the Executive Board as of 9 January 2013. Kirsi Nuotto, 53, is joining Outotec from Cargotec Corporation where she has held the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to that she has held several executive positions in human resources and communications in Cargotec and GlaxoSmithKline as well as worked in various training and education roles in Datex Ohmeda - Instrumentarium Corporation.

Outotec’s current SVP - Human Capital, Mr. Ari Jokilaakso, Ph.D. (Tech.), will take up a new position in Outotec as Head of Research and Technology Development in the Non-ferrous Solutions business area.
