Outokumpu Oyj Signs New Revolving Credit Facility

Outokumpu has signed a three-year EUR 900 million revolving credit facility.
 
The new committed credit facility, which is to be used for general corporate purposes, replaces an existing five-year EUR 1 billion facility originally signed in June 2005. The loan agreement includes a financial covenant based on gearing.
 
Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Nordea, ABN AMRO Bank NV, Stockholm Branch, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BNP Paribas, CALYON Crédit Agricole CIB, Handelsbanken Markets, Pohjola Bank plc, Sampo Bank plc and SEB. Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg Branch and J.P. Morgan participated as arrangers, and ING participated as co-arranger.
