Outokumpu Comments on the Terni Divestment

Outokumpu is currently in the process of divesting the Terni operations as required by the European Commission. Aperam on 20 February 2013 publicly announced its intention to form an Italian joint venture to pursue the Terni operations. Outokumpu welcomes the interest on Terni (AST). However, there are several interested parties and buyer candidates, and therefore no decisions have been made yet. At this stage Outokumpu cannot comment the details of the divestment process or buyer candidates.
