In a statement, Danieli said it is shipping the equipment from its Italian workshops all at once, setting a new national record in Italian supply chains. As packaged, the order comprises 10,000 cubic meters. 

“Notwithstanding the tough challenges the world is facing today, especially for goods and services supply, Danieli & C. and its partners demonstrated their resolution and ability to follow through with their contractual obligations and deliver the record-setting orders on time,” Danieli said.

Danieli is supplying a new furnace, caster and rolling mill, converting what is a typical compact thin-slab casting and rolling plant to a Danieli Quality Strip Production plant.
