Ohio Service Center Installs New Multiblanking Line
11/06/2015 - Liberty Steel, a U.S.-based service center, has cut the ribbon on a new Butech Bliss multiblanking line at its North Jackson, Ohio, facility, the vendor on the project has announced.
According to Butech Bliss, the line includes entry handling equipment, a Synergy hydraulic roller leveler, a hydraulic crop shear, a dual arbor scrap chopper, a slitter with interchangeable heads, a looping pit and direct-drive shear.
“The installation of the new line was seamless, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service that the Butech Bliss’ team delivered during the entire project from the engineering phase through commissioning,” said Liberty Steel President Jim Grasso in a statement.
Liberty Steel processes coated cold rolled and hot rolled steels and provides a variety of stamping and blanking services. Butech Bliss builds rolling mills and makes coil processing equipment as well as extrusion and forging machinery.
