Northwest Pipe’s Water Transmission Group Awarded Portion of Gillette Madison Pipeline Project
06/02/2014 - Northwest Pipe Co., an industry leader of engineered welded steel pipe products, was selected to supply pipe for contracts 4B, 4C, 4D and 4F, a multi-million dollar pipeline project that runs between Wyodak and Moorcroft, Wyo.
The project includes approximately 22 miles of 42-inch diameter, cement mortar lined and polyurethane coated spiral welded steel pipe for a pipeline that will expand the city of Gillette's groundwater sources and when complete, provide a new water treatment and conveyance system for the city and surrounding areas.

The pipeline is being constructed by S.J. Louis Construction out of Rockville, MN. Construction is scheduled to begin summer 2014 and be completed by October 2015.
