Northwest Pipe Receives Nasdaq Notice for Late Filing of Form 10-K

Northwest Pipe Co. has received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that the company is no longer in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it did not timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011.
