Northwest Pipe Company Announces New VP of Purchasing
02/20/2014 - Northwest Pipe Co., a leading manufacturer of welded steel pipe for the water transmission and energy infrastructure markets, announced the hiring of Greg Goad as vice president of purchasing.
Greg brings two decades of North American business experience in supply management from the steel industry. Based in Vancouver, Wash., he will oversee material cost and supplier relationship management.
Goad comes to Northwest Pipe Co. from Severstal North America where he served as the commercial general manager, Southern Region, based in Columbus, Miss. Prior to Severstal, Goad spent nineteen years with Heidtman Steel Products, filling a variety of roles, including group vice president and vice president Tandem Products/Sheet Products Division.
