Northwest Pipe Announces VP Operations for Tubular Products Group
01/19/2011 - Northwest Pipe recently announced the promotion of Bill Gulasey to Vice President of Operations for its Tubular Products Group.
Northwest Pipe Co. recently announced the promotion of Bill Gulasey to Vice President of Operations for the Tubular Products Group.
Gulasey, who has been a member of the Northwest Pipe team since 2008, previously served as the Tubular Products Group Director of Engineering. Prior to joining the company, Bill spent 25 years contributing to the success ERW manufacturing operations for NS Group, (TMK - IPSCO), where he served as General Manager and Director of Engineering.
"Bill is a valued contributor to our team, his dedication is apparent as is his superior insight on product manufacturing and pipe technologies," said Bob Mahoney, President, Northwest Pipe's Tubular Products Group.
Headquartered in Vancouver, Wash., Northwest Pipe's Tubular Products Group operates three ERW (Electric Resistance Weld) mill facilities in the United States. Tubular's products serve a wide-range of applications including: energy, oil and gas, structural, industrial, fire protection, low pressure and agricultural.
Northwest Pipe comprises two business groups. Its Water Transmission Group is the leading supplier of large diameter, high-pressure steel pipe products used primarily for water transportation infrastructure. Its Tubular Products Group manufactures smaller diameter steel pipe for many applications including energy, industrial, construction, agricultural, traffic and other commercial and industrial uses. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, Wash., and has manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico.
