NMDC Commissions Blast Furnace at Nagarnar Steel Plant
08/14/2023 - The National Mineral Development Corp. (NMDC) marked the commissioning of its Maa Danteshwari Blast Furnace at its greenfield Nagarnar Steel Plant in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, India, on Saturday, according to The Times of India.
The new blast furnace has a capacity of 4,506 m3 with a potential to produce 9,500 tons of hot metal daily.
