Nippon Steel Explores Quantum Computing
04/20/2020 - Nippon Steel Corp. has begun collaborating with a developer of quantum software, the developer has announced.
In a statement, Cambridge Quantum Computing said it will work with Nippon Steel to create quantum computing tools that will be applied to problems in materials science and mathematical optimization.
Established in 2014, Cambridge Quantum Computing is developing software tools to work with quantum computing when it becomes commercially practical.
