15 February 2013 - The U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revoking the existing countervailing duty order on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Korea and the existing antidumping duty orders on this product from Germany and Korea would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

04 February 2013 - The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to conduct full five-year "sunset" reviews concerning the countervailing duty orders on hot rolled steel products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand and the antidumping duty orders on hot rolled steel products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine.
