04 March 2005 - Northwest Pipe Co. has been selected to supply approximately $5 million of welded steel pipe to Holloman Corp. of Midland, Texas. The pipe will be utilized in the Carrizo Aquifer Storage & Recovery WTP project for the San Antonio Water System.

24 February 2005 - Northwest Pipe Co. reported its highest-ever quarterly sales and earnings: net income of $4.2 million on sales of $80.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2004. The company also reported net income of $12.4 million on record sales of $291.9 million for the year 2004.

15 February 2005 - Northwest Pipe Co. has received a letter of intent to supply approximately $8 million of welded steel pipe to Barnard Construction of Bozeman, Mont. The pipe will be used in the West Leg Water Transmission Main project for the City of Scottsdale, Ariz.

California Steel Extends Expiry for Exchange Offer

22 June 2004 - California Steel Industries, Inc. has extended the expiration date for the exchange offer to exchange its 6 1/8% Senior Notes due 2014 issued on March 22, 2004 ($150,000,000 aggregate principal amount outstanding) for 6 1/8% Senior Notes due 2014. Although the original notes had not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, the exchange notes are registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
