New CEO Elected at MMK
03/05/2014 - An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC MMK elected Pavel Shilyaey to the position of general director of Russian metals company JSC MMK.
On 17 January 2014, AP Shilyaev was appointed acting general director of JSC MMK. As previously reported, Boris Dubrovsky, who served as director general of JSC MMK, was appointed by a presidential decree by Vladimir Putin on 15 January 2014 as acting governor of the Chelyabinsk region.
