NDC Infrared Engineering Appoints New President
03/26/2014 - NDC Infrared Engineering announced the appointment of Drew Cheshire as president of NDC.
Drew joins NDC from Scott Fetzer (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) where he was the general manager of Meriam Process Technologies. Prior to that Drew held senior management roles with Ronan Engineering, Teledyne, Jay Industrial Technologies and Emerson Process Management.
Drew replaces Dr. Bromley Beadle who recently retired from NDC as president following eighteen years with the company.
NDC Infrared Engineering offers the world's most extensive range of non-contact sensors and systems for measurement of moisture, fat, and other constituents in tobacco, food and bulk products, basis weight and thickness in continuous web processes, and thickness, flatness and width in metal sheet goods. The metals product line includes X-Ray and optical thickness gauges, laser-based flatness and width gauges and a range of XRF sensors to measure coating thickness.
