Mr. Schmid has previously held leadership positions at Voith Paper as their manager of special services and Mahlo GmbH & Co.KG as their worldwide service and spares manager.
 
Mr. Schmid brings 25-plus years’ experience in service and engineering.  He will be responsible for all customer care and support throughout the EMEA area for all of NDC’s product lines.
