Nafisi et al. Receive IOM3's Vanadium Award
06/15/2015 - The Council of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) has announced that Shahrooz Nafisi et al. from EVRAZ Research Center have won the Vanadium Award for 2014 for their paper entitled “Impact of Vanadium Addition on API X100 Steel.”
The Vanadium Award, sponsored by the Vanadium International Technical Committee (Vanitec), is awarded annually to the most outstanding paper in the metallurgy and technology of vanadium and its alloys from the previous year.
The Premier Awards and Prizes will be presented at an awards ceremony in London, England, in July 2015.
