MTUS Technology Inc., headquartered in Brunswick, Ohio, has supplied and commissioned a new automatic pneumatic dust discharge system, which is connected to an existing vacuum bag filter, serving a 45-ton vacuum degasser at Ellwood Quality Steel in New Castle, Pa. While completing the upgrade, MTUS Technology Inc. also supplied and commissioned a new ultra low conductance 39-inch diameter main vacuum valve and a dust monitoring system/broken bag detector.
