Morgan Engineering Starts Work on US$5 Million Headquarters

The new headquarters will feature offices for the company’s corporate, engineering and sales departments, as well as an Industry 4.0 technology development and training center. The project is part of a broader US$5 million investment in the 150-year-old company’s facilities.

The investment will include a 15,000-square-foot extension of the company's high-bay manufacturing space, which will increase production and assembly capacity for its core business and its kinetic structures projects; upgrades to its high-voltage electricity infrastructure; and new robotic welding tools, among other things.

“This investment will further expand our technological capabilities as a company and position us as a leader in the next industrial revolution — Industry 4.0,” said Morgan Engineering chief executive Mark Fedor.

Construction on the headquarters is scheduled to be complete by March 2020.
