MORE Secures Order for Automated Furnace Temperature, Sampling System
01/21/2019 - EAF equipment maker MORE S.r.l. has landed an order for one of its automatic temperature and sampling manipulators from UAE steelmaker Emirates Steel.
In a statement, MORE said its four-axis CATFIS 2.1 system operates on four degrees of movement through the slag door.
“Because of its design, it can operate in very constrained and confined areas and it can be easily reconfigured if changes on the plant take place,” the company said.
Installation is scheduled for this quarter.
