June 28, 2006 — Mittal Steel Co. NV announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place as originally scheduled on June 30, 2006, at the Cruise Terminal in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the organization’s merger with Arcelor.
