Woody, who was named president in 2023, is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as an active duty officer. He joined Midrex in 2010 and has held a variety of commercial roles, including managing director of Midrex India Private Ltd. He was named director of plant sales in 2014, and was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing in 2016.

He became chief operating officer in 2020.

Concurrent with his promotion, Midrex vice president – commercial Will Dempsey has been named chief operating officer and plant sales director Sean Boyle has been promoted to vice president – commercial.

Montague will continue to serve on the board of directors.
