Middough Hires New Business Development Leader
10/16/2013 - Middough Inc., a top-ranking U.S. engineering, architecture, and management services company, announced the addition of Walter M. Teesdale as senior vice president and general manager of business development for the company.
Mr. Teesdale has more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions in finance, sales and marketing, and engineering operations serving the process, industrial, and life science markets.
Mr. Teesdale will focus on developing new engineering project and alliance-based technical service opportunities for Middough and its subsidiaries. While the company maintains an impressive client list and long-term client relationships, some extending over more than 60 years, Teesdale will focus on new client opportunities in all 9 Middough target industries domestically and internationally.
"With client relationships extending to the company's founding 63 years ago, and a great mix of project and technology leaders with significant industry experience, Middough is well positioned for continued growth in our targeted industry sectors," said Teesdale. Mr. Teesdale is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. He has previously held leadership positions including corporate controller, sales and marketing executive, and business unit general manager in engineering services organizations similar to Middough.
