According to Danieli, the mills will produce welded structural tubes with outer diameters ranging from 19 mm to 193 mm as well as squares and rectangles with equivalent cross-sections. 

“The new ERW mills will feature automatic coil loading, on-line metallization, eddy current testing, tube stenciling, quick-change mill system, bundle packaging lines and full automation system,” Danieli said. 

Start-up is scheduled for the end of 2025.
