According to a translated report, the fire occurred at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday as a contractor was performing scheduled maintenance on the equipment. Welding or cutting sparks ignited oil, and the fire grew rapidly.  

The fire was extinguished in about an hour. No injuries were reported.
