Metals USA Announces Acquisition of Lynch Metals
07/04/2007 - Metals USA Holdings announces the acquisition of Lynch Metals and Lynch Metals of California.
Metals USA Holdings Corp. announced the acquisition of Lynch Metals, Inc. and Lynch Metals of California, Inc.
Lynch Metals is a metal service center business that provides specialized aluminum processing capabilities to the aerospace and industrial equipment industries. The addition of Lynch Metals to the Metals USA footprint strengthens the company's geographic presence in the Eastern and Western United States. Metals USA's leading presence in the Midwest will support growth opportunities for Lynch's unique capabilities.
