Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Mazzella said the acquisition bolsters its effort to be a one-stop provider for rigging equipment and sling assemblies, engineered lifting solutions, training, and the inspection and repair of cranes, hoists, and rigging.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Mazzella is a manufacturer of overhead cranes and provides lifting and rigging equipment and services.
