Marmon/Keystone Canada Inc. president David Rombough has announced plans to retire effective 31 January 2013. Rombough has dedicated 34 years of service to the company, starting in outside sales and progressing to regional manager, group vice president, executive vice president and president.
"Over the past eight years, Dave’s expert leadership as president of Marmon/Keystone Canada has led to continued growth and success in the Canadian pipe, tube, fitting and flange business," says Norman E. Gottschalk Jr., president of Marmon Distribution Services, Inc.
Lou Germano, current executive vice president, has been chosen as the next president of Marmon/Keystone Canada. "After 30 years with the company, Lou’s experience will be invaluable as Marmon/Keystone Canada continues to grow and prosper," Gottschalk notes.
Over the course of his career, Germano has served as an outside sales person, sales manager, regional manager, director of purchasing, vice president of purchasing and executive vice president. He majored in finance at the University of Toronto and has completed the Strategic Metals Management program.
